The Exed Tear is a rare and powerful item that can only be obtained by defeating the Vexed Maltese. It symbolizes the wrath and suffering of this powerful boss. Abilities and Uses: Vex Creation: The Vexed Tear can be used to create Vex that will serve the player. To do this, the player must craft a tear along with several sculk blocks. This will create a Vex Spawn Egg, which allows the player to summon an allied Vex.
