I know there's lots of requests to do scarland, but given that Scar has stated very clearly that he plans to continue working on it outside of hermitcraft and probably make videos about it, I would recommend holding off on doing that one. It would seem a bit weird to be competing with the original creator in finishing their build. Just something to consider.

Oh I just realized you could use these for interior walls. Now they don’t have to be 2 meters thick if you want different colors.

Idea: Instead of making actual openings lead to different location from the main office backroom, make "fake blocks" using map arts, item frame and signs so we can actually "no-clip" through the blocks to get to a different location (make sure to cover the other side too!)

5:25 I feel that if the film used creative, game accurate building techniques, they could have milked some jokes out of it. For instance, Miss “What the hell?” from the trailer could have instead been commenting on wood gates being used in custom trees, flipping them back and forth to confirm, to which Jack Black “Steve”, shrugging, responds “I just thought they looked nice.”

Scar once taught the community that if you want your Minecraft build to become more believable and feel actually lived in. You should make sure that any flames of fire that you place into your build, are not being blown in multiple different directions.

this makes me think the only problem with the visuals is the art style, i genuinely have no idea what they were thinking making the game about cubes realistic

My idea for the Greek island is Athendoria combining the main city of Greece and Doria coming from the Greek word for gift (Doros). Btw my prediction for the next one or the last one on the edge is Egypt, a wish for this one is to add a hieroglyph room that the Egyptians used to store their stories and myths

very cool build. i heard you say that the architecture was Greek and Roman a few times, but it’s definitely just Roman. classical Greek architecture doesn’t really use amphitheaters, and some of the buildings definitely have a very Etruscan look which would make it Roman; the Greeks never had any ideological ties/exchanges with the Etruscans. other than that, Greek and Roman architecture is very similar. but once again, good job on this.
