I am back.
The two funniest things about this is “Please god, this is enough, don’t grind more.” And Iskall coming back to the server for no other reason than to place dirt blocks for hours.
Happy Birthday me!
I know...3 h...I promise we will go back to reasonable length next Episode. You can watch it over the week. See it like 5 uploads at once.🐐
Scar's lore this season involves "hiding from the Empire", so really Doc is just being kind in giving him an actively evil presence to constantly hide from
❤ Porken Choppen!
Skizz: calling witnesses, entering recordings into evidence, making genuine arguments Joe: your honorhighness, my client is an unhinged emotionally distraught baby
I plead the 5th!
The big what??? Sigh
Stream tomorrow. I have 6 3 year old rolling in for a birthday party. Wish me luck.😅
Doc: I’m not THAT petty… Also Doc: Anways, so the goal of the season is to terrorize scar :)
it's impressive and insane but also, something about this seems like it was inevitable in hindsight. it's the perfect hermit prank. excessive, grindy, time consuming, aesthetically pleasing, and very temporary
“I feel like a proud father” “I’m not mad, just disappointed” Doc really is a parent 😂
In Joe's defense... you did murder him before the trial began lol
Other hermits: We went caving ❤❤ Doc: Kick-starting automatic industrial revolution.
No complaints! It under 3 hours! Also I will stream tomorrow. Hermitcraft Stream Weekend baby!
Sometimes the hardest thing about coming back from vacation is knowing the lawn will need to be mowed.
Pearl was definitely liable for all legal consequences resulting from the trip, considering that she was the only adult around. Joes strategy is paying off.
Doc, end of season 9: I never want to see another slime. Doc, beginning of season 10: Moves to a swamp.
Imp and Skizz podcast and now this! Goats are eating well today!
Allay: yay, we are saved from the pillagers! Doc: more like, under new management
Doc: "oh, the temptation to punch you into the lava, X..." X: falls into lava on his own Doc: "NO! puthimoutputhimoutputhimout!"
Hermits: "No sand dupping. It's easy to dig." Doc: "It's easy......for you."
doc living in a swamp: check etho living in a jungle: check it's hermitcraft time alright
Doc to Mumbo: Oh, I wouldn’t call it a monopoly The title of Doc's video: Monopoly
Hermits in S9: We're going to cover up Doc's perimeter Doc in S10: I'm going to cover up the Hermit's sky
Doc: “And people call me the villian?!” Also Doc: “They will pay with their suffering.”
Has Doc just become the entire server's sky pet? Feeding him, taking him on walks, bringing him toys, watching how he slowly "grows" until, inevitably, he takes over again? :D
"That's a lesson in life. If you don't get what you want, keep on whining." - Doc NotABigBaby m77
It’s weirdly perfect that doc’s cartoon villainy was matched by the power of hard work and friendship. Thanks for playing the role doc, no one could do it better
Doc: "If you're not a regular Doc viewer yet you may have many many many questions..." Me: "Doc. I am a regular viewer and I have many many MANY questions at all times."
"the hillbillies on buttcrack mountain" has me genuinely cryingg 🤣😭😭
Doc's grind is just a different kind of flavour. Grian fishing 2000 times to (not) get a mending book is a respectable grind, too. Doc on the other hand is more like: why do the work for 20 minutes when I can build a machine and automate it in just 6 hours? Doc, you are the kind of lazy that led humanity from using scythes to gps assisted combine harvesters.
That moment you realize Bdubs built a daytime tv court and not a real one is amazing. He magically goes from judge jury and executioner to Judge Judy and executioner.
Scar is going for a Star Wars theme this season, so Doc seeking revenge can be the empire that strikes back.
I love how Doc is like "Hm, charging sand for wood is pretty weird, better prepare some good arguments." Completly forgetting he is talking to Joe Hills.
I love how in the trial Bdubs was all impressed with Skizz's speech, but when Joe started rambling, you could hear his tone morph from curious to the emotional equivalent of "this could have been an email."
When people see the way Mumbo gets into his base: Most people: That's so dumb! Doc: That's genius!
Doc: dies Doc: "I literally don't have time for this."
"The tunelbore are complete foolproof" "A common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools." - Douglas Adams
Doc if you make an eternal night you need to start with Bdubs, A. He put you in the sky. B. He is deathly afraid of the dark
Doc was SO sleep deprived this episode [ranting about how the boxer lost the dog competition to a corgi even though its tail was so perfect] "Anyways.. what?" "I would've but I was getting cats.. which are way more important.." "Cats? What is that?" Server: [collectively taking it casually, making little quaint stalls] Doc: [makes a build the height of the Burj Khalifa in the middle of the shopping district that looks right out of a supervillain movie] "I can't see stuff anymore, I can only see blue glass"
Doc, my man, get some rest. You called the bone meal farm a raid farm, you called Allays Wardens and Shulker boxes Hoppers. Save your strength, you'll need it for the Permit Office.
Stream today over on twitch at 12 pm GMT! Come hang out!
I love the diversity of starts so much. Grian is like "I am only going to enchant with fishing" and doc is like " I will automate every resource in the game" both are so fun
I love the irony of a hermit being sentenced to exile.
Doc: “I live in a swamp! I put up signs! I'm a terrifying ogre! What do I have to do to get a little privacy?”
We gonna change the GOAT to GOWT: GRIND OPTIMIZE WHINE THRIVE 😂😂😂
I rarely ever interact with content in any way but the first 45 seconds of this video left me absolutely baffled. Insanity
"I was not thinking of Doc's esophagus when we built the giant fish in his hourglass." Cub! New horn!
The Hermits: "This season, we're going to chill, take it slow, maybe avoid megabases..." Doc: "Day one: mega farms. Day two: tunnel borer. Day three: wood monopoly. Day four: A GIANT FREAKING HOURGLASS IN THE SHOPPING DISTRICT. Day 5: Universe eater..."
Doc, Ep 1: I don't like to do anything. Doc, Ep 9: I don't like to load anything.
Big Salmon wants heads on display at your base. Heads on spikes are a trope for warning people away. Sounds like a win-win to me.
Oh good, you're not drowning the Allays... You're just waterboarding them endlessly. The benevolence!
Beef & Skizz making a cult/mafia is one of the funniest bits I've seen since the turf wars. I'm excited for it to escalate.
Doc is the only actual "Hermit" (actual meaning) in Hermitcraft❤ - likes living alone -gets annoyed at everything -prefers animals and mobs -comes up the the craziest shit imaginable and doesn't tell anyone else on the server - still loves everyone and if secretly proud of everyone
Etho: are you getting lag? Doc: I AM the lag!
